1) Insure that all safety rules and operating instructions posted on the front of the inflatable are followed.
2) A trained operator(s) must be on duty at all times. Operator must use a whistle or other audible signal device.
3) In case of high winds or storms, have all persons exit the inflatable and then unplug the unit and let it deflate.
4) Remove all sharp or pointed objects from pockets
5) No Silly String is to come in contact with the inside or outside of the unit
6) No food, drinks or gum chewing allowed
7) Remove shoes, eyeglasses and jewelry
8) No flips, somersaults, rough play, piling on or wrestling
9) Do not bounce against sides or near the front entrance way. Do not bounce into corner posts.
10) Do not climb on side walls or nets
11) Keep a safe distance between kids bouncing in the inflatable
12) No jumping or sitting on the entrance ramp
13) No jumping off of the top of the slide
14) Only allow similar sized riders in the inflatable at once
15) Follow the maximum number of riders guidelines as posted on the inflatable
16) Follow the maximum weight limit as posted on the inflatable
17) Do not let the inflatable rub up against any surface
18) Do not move the bounce from the location where set up
19) Individuals with head, neck or back injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
20) Water hoses or water must not be used in the inflatable unless specifically manufactured for use with water
21) Splash pools for water slides must be drained if ride will be left unattended unless area is fenced in and gate is locked.
22) If the inflatable starts to deflate, have all riders exit immediately and then check for one of the following conditions:
A) The blower motor has stopped; in which case check the power cord connection at the outlet to make sure that it has not been unplugged. If not, check to make sure a circuit breaker was not tripped.
B) If blower motor continues to run; check for blockage of air intake screen on the side of the blower unit. Also check all air tubes on the back of the inflatable for snugness and tighten ties if necessary.
C) If either of these steps corrects the problem, fully re-inflate the unit prior to permitting anyone to use it
Rental Terms and Conditions
1. BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF RENTED ITEMS, LESSEE AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHOWN ON THIS RENTAL CONTRACT. LESSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT S/HE HAS RECEIVED IN GOOD ORDER ALL RENTED ITEMS AND OTHER GOODS LISTED ON THE CONTRACT.
2. LESSEE ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RENTED ITEMS, INCLUDING THEIR SAFE AND PROPER USE, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, AND RETURN TO JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC. LESSEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR REPAIR.
3. RETAKING OF EQUIPMENT: IF LESSEE FAILS TO RETURN ALL RETURNED ITEMS UPON AGREED TIME, LESSEE AGREES TO PAY FOR ALL ADDITIONAL CHARGES. IF LESSEE REFUSES TO RETURN RENTED ITEMS, THE LESSEE AGREES THAT JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC AND ITS AGENTS MAY TAKE ALL REASONABLE ACTIONS NECESSARY TO RECOVER RENTED ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR LEGAL PROCESS.
4. DUTY OF PARTICIPANTS: IT IS RECOGNIZED THAT SOME ACTIVITIES USING THE INFLATABLES RENTED TO LESSEE BY JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC AND/OR WHICH ARE CONDUCTED BY JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC COULD BE HAZARDOUS TO PARTICIPANTS REGARDLESS OF ALL FEASIBLE SAFETY MEASURES. ALL PARTICIPANTS HAVE A DUTY TO ACT AS A REASONABLE PRUDENT PERSON WHEN ENGAGING IN THE USE OF INFLATABLES RENTED FROM JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC. I HEREBY COVENANT AND AGREE NOT TO: ACT IN ANY WAY WHICH SHALL INTERFERE WITH THE RUNNING OR OPERATION WHEN SUCH ACTIVITIES CONFORM TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA. ENGAGE IN ANY HARMFUL CONDUCT OR WILLFULLY OR NEGLIGENTLY ENGAGE IN ANY TYPE OF CONDUCT WHICH CONTRIBUTES TO OR CAUSES INJURY TO ONESELF OR ANY OTHER PERSON.
ADDITIONALLY, I WILL FOLLOW, AND I WILL ENSURE THAT ANY USERS OF THE INFLATABLES WHICH I HAVE RENTED FROM JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC ARE AWARE OF AND WILL FOLLOW, THE FOLLOWING “INFLATABLE RULES”:
RULE 1:
A Responsible Adult Must Be In Attendance and Closely Supervise All Activity While Any Inflatable or Piece of Our Equipment is In Operation. You, the LESSEE, are responsible for providing such supervision during the time that our party rental equipment is in your possession unless Just Bouncin’ LLC has explicitly agreed to provide this service.
RULE 2:
Do not use the inflatable during periods of rain or excessive winds (20mph or greater). In the event of severe weather, (lightning, thunder, rain or high winds) instruct all occupants to immediately exit the inflatable and DO NOT allow re-entry until the weather clears
RULE 3:
All Inflatables are physically challenging. Any person with health impairment, disease, high blood pressure, back, neck or other bone/joint problems, or any other conditions that might cause problems when physically challenged should not be allowed in any of our inflatables.
RULE 4:
Remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, and other hard or sharp objects prior to entering the inflatable.
RULE 5:
All participants should empty their pockets before entering the inflatable.
RULE 6:
No hot objects (cigarettes, BBQ grill), pets, or toys are allowed in or near any inflatable.
RULE 7:
No Gum, No Face Paint, No Silly String, No Candy, Food, or Drinks are allowed inside the inflatable.
RULE 8:
No flips, wrestling, or other forms of rough play are allowed in the inflatable.
RULE 9:
Do not overload any inflatable. Participants in a bouncer and generally all inflatables should be grouped according to age and size.
RULE 10:
Do not jump down any slide surface, climb on walls, or jump on the entry step of the inflatable.
RULE 11:
Absolutely no objects, glitter, balloons, silly string, confetti, dirt, or food & beverages inside the unit. $200 cleaning charge will be assessed and any damage to the unit will be subject to the contract.
RULE 12:
The LESSEE is responsible for the hose from the house to the inflatable, Keep the inflatable within 75′ for electrical blower hookup. All blowers must be on a dedicated electrical circuit for proper installation.
RULE 13:
Stakes/Anchors: It is the responsibility of the LESSEE to indicate where electrical, phone, and water lines are located prior to stakes or anchors being inserted into the ground. If anchors come loose or should the inflatable begin to deflate during operation, immediately and calmly instruct all participants to exit the inflatable and call Just Bouncin’ LLC at 215- 470-2670.
Waiver, Release and Indemnity Provisions and Agreement
1. I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ACTIVITY WHICH I AM ABOUT TO VOLUNTARILY ENGAGE IN AS A PARTICIPANT BEARS CERTAIN KNOWN RISKS AND UNANTICIPATED RISKS. THOSE RISKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, FALLING, SLIPPING, CRASHING AND COLLIDING AND COULD RESULT IN INJURY, ILLNESS, DISEASE, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE TO MYSELF, MY GUESTS AND/OR INVITEES.
2. IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SERVICES AND OR PROPERTY PROVIDED, I FOR MYSELF AND ANY MINOR CHILDREN FOR WHICH I AM THE PARENT, LEGAL GUARDIAN OR OTHERWISE RESPONSIBLE, ANY HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS, DO HEREBY RELEASE JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC, ITS PRINCIPALS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS FROM ANY LIABILITY AND WAIVE ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER (EXCEPT THAT WHICH IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE).
3 SUPERVISION: LESSEE AGREES TO SUPERVISE BOTH THE EQUIPMENT AND ITS USE AT ALL TIMES DURING SAID EQUIPMENT IS IN THE POSSESSION OF THE LESSEE.
SET FORTH ABOVE IN THIS CONTRACT IS A SET OF INFLATABLE RULES FOR USE AND SAFETY RULES THAT I AGREE TO FOLLOW AND UTILIZE AT ALL TIMES DURING THE OPERATION AND USE OF THE RENTALS.
4. LESSEE AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, SUITS, PROCEEDING COSTS, EXPENSES, DAMAGES, AND LIABILITIES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES ARISING BY REASON OF INJURY, DAMAGE OR DEATH TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, IN CONNECTION WITH OR RESULTING FROM THE USAGE OF EQUIPMENT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MANUFACTURE, SELECTION, DELIVERY, POSSESSION, USE, OPERATION, OR RETURN OF EQUIPMENT.
5. LESSEE HEREBY RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC FROM INJURIES OR DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF SAID RENTED EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE BY OR ATTRIBUTABLE TO JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC.
6. LESSEE AGREES AND COVENANTS THAT JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC CANNOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE HELD LIABLE FOR INJURIES AS A RESULT OF ACTS OF GOD, NATURE OF OTHER CONDITIONS BEYOND ITS CONTROL OR KNOWLEDGE. LESSEE ALSO AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC FROM ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, THEFT, OR DESTRUCTION OF THE
EQUIPMENT DURING THE TERM OF ITS CONTRACT AND ANY EXTENSION THEREOF.
7. IN THE EVENT OF INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS DUE TO JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC'S NEGLIGENCE, LESSEE AGREES AND ASSUMES THE DUTY TO MITIGATE ALL COSTS RESULTING FROM SAID INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS.
8. LESSEE REPRESENTS AND AGREES THAT LESSEE HAS VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE INCLUDING EITHER HOMEOWNER’S COVERAGE OR GENERAL COMMERCIAL LIABILITY COVERAGE, IN A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF $500,000, WHICH COVERS ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, LOSSESS AND/OR LIABILITY ARISING OR RESULTING FROM USE OF THE INFLATABLE(S) RENTED FROM JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC, AND JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC IS HEREBY NAMED AND SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE AN ADDITIONAL INSURED UNDER SUCH INSURANCE COVERAGE. FURTHER, LESSEE HEREBY ASSIGNS TO JUST BOUNCIN’ LLC ALL OF LESSEE’S RIGHTS AS AN INSURED UNDER SUCH INSURANCE COVERAGE.
AS AND ON BEHALF OF THE LESSEE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING PROVISIONS IN THIS CONTRACT CAREFULLY AND ACKNOWLDGE THAT I VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS IN THIS CONTRACT, WHICH IS LEGALLY BINDING. BY SIGNING BELOW, I AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND HEREBY:
